Clinton County Now an Ag Disaster County

As of this morning, Clinton County has been identified as being in D3, Exceptional Drought by the US Drought Monitor. My understanding is this automatically makes us an Ag Disaster County and eligible for various forms of emergency and disaster relief from USDA.
